Refund and Return Policy for Shipped Goods

Refund and Return Policy.
It is our goal to make sure every customer is pleased with their purchase from Pacific Flyway Gallery.
The Online Sale of Consigned Goods creates challenges, we do our utmost to inform the buyer of the provenance, history, qualities, colors and condition of all works sold.
We urge the buyer to contact us directly, via email and phone to have any and all questions addressed prior to purchase and shipping. We would be happy to provide as much infomation & photos as is available. 
After addressing all questions and issues to the satisfaction of the buyer, the buyer enters into the online purchase with the understanding that Gallery Policy is a No Return, No Exchanges, No Refund, As Is transaction.

The policy for sales made in person at the Gallery, differ from those listed here. The gallery staff will work to meet your satisfaction on all purchases made in person.
